The safety of our patients and employees remains our top priority. We are monitoring the weather conditions across our area and will update any changes to operations accordingly.

May 3, 2024, 8 a.m. UPDATE:

All Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations will open for patient care on Friday, May 3, with the exception of Kingwood Clinic.

Due to an increased risk of flooding and out of an abundance of caution, Kingwood Clinic will be open for Virtual Care/Video Visits only for patient care on Friday, May 3, with plans to reopen for in-person patient care on Monday, May 6. Our Contact Center and Clinical teams are currently working to reschedule patients with appointments.

Lab and Diagnostic Services: Patients planning to visit Kingwood Clinic for laboratory services, or with appointments for diagnostic services on the morning of Friday, May 3 are asked to reschedule these appointments for a later date. Patients may call 713-442-0000 to reschedule planned appointments.


PATIENT NOTIFICATIONS:

Patients can call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 for information specific to lab, diagnostic/imaging, pharmacy services, as well as in-person appointments available today at specific locations.

Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment can do so by logging into their MyKelseyOnline or the ‘MyKelsey’ app.
